I’m a Professional Certified Life & Career Coach, Registered Psychotherapist (Q), and Facilitator. In my work, I use evidence-based techniques to help people like you tap into your authentic power, experience lasting transformation, and shift your mindset. Together, we can work on building fulfilling relationships, advancing in your career, and creating a life that feels happier and healthier.
With over 19 years of leadership experience in the hospitality industry, I know how stressful demanding work environments can be. I’ve personally navigated burnout, imposter syndrome, and work-related stress, so I understand what you’re going through. My goal is to help you thrive both professionally and personally, bringing positive change to all areas of your life.
Having grown up with a clinical psychologist mother and immigrated to Canada as a teenager, I’ve learned to appreciate the uniqueness of each person’s journey. That’s why I take a strength-based approach to therapy, and I’m especially passionate about working with people from diverse cultural backgrounds. I offer my services in both English and Russian, so you can feel comfortable and understood in the language that suits you best.
As an introvert, I recharge through music, movement, and close connections, finding joy in visiting new places, going on long walks with my husband, and playing the piano with my kids.
I’m deeply passionate about learning and personal development. I’ve completed several professional programs in psychology, and attended numerous self-development trainings and events, and I’m committed to continually mastering new skills.

MY APPROACH
The approaches I use include but are not limited to, Solution-Focused Therapy, Narrative Therapy, NLP, CBT, DBT, Mindfulness, Emotion-Focused Therapy, Person-Centred and Trauma-Informed practices.
I practice a strength-based, person-centered approach, providing a non-judgmental, safe, and supportive environment where healing and growth can flourish. My priority is to meet you where you are, valuing your unique experiences and perspectives as we work together toward your goals.
Our sessions focus on expanding your self-awareness, uncovering patterns in your behavior and emotions, and fostering new and healthier ways of experiencing life. Through thoughtful exploration, we’ll identify your strengths and develop tools to navigate challenges with resilience and confidence.
Collaboration is key to this process. Together, we’ll explore your concerns at a pace that feels right for you. You’re encouraged to voice your preferences, set boundaries, and take the lead in your journey of self-discovery and transformation.
I do not use techniques that involve altering your state of consciousness. Instead, I rely on evidence-based practices that empower you to take charge of your growth and healing, helping you create meaningful and lasting change.

2. Discussing Your Needs: You’ll have the opportunity to talk about the challenges or goals that brought you here. Whether you’re seeking therapy or coaching, this is your time to share your hopes for the process.
3. Creating a Path Forward: If the challenges you are currently facing fall within my areas of expertise, and we both feel it’s a good fit, we’ll discuss the next steps—such as the length of our work together, the goals we’ll focus on, and the best plan moving forward.

Role modeling DBT in a way that was done in anon threatening way.I picked up this having had DBT and extensive therapy. This is an excellent way of reinforcement of self care. I did not feel judged which is role modeling DBT and being non judgemental. Taking a step back and accessing where the group is going,where can it going and the pros and cons to how the group is going. I really do appreciate the time and approach you used and continuing despite challenges that were encountering .
